How Mediumship Works and What To Expect
Soul Mediumship is evidential mediumship — you will still receive validating details, personality traits, memories, and unmistakable signs that your loved one is truly present.
Where it differs is in the additional layer:
I don’t just connect with who they were in this lifetime (one “petal” of the sunflower);
I connect with their full soul consciousness — the whole “flower.”

Here’s how your session flows:
1. We begin with a brief overview.
I’ll explain how Soul Mediumship works, what you can expect, and answer any questions before we begin.
2. I ask for your intention.
You’re welcome to share who you hope to connect with and what you’re navigating — or you can leave it open and let your team lead. This helps me invite in the souls (departed or living) who can support you most.
3. Your loved ones step forward.
I connect and begin with evidence — personality, memories, qualities, or details that validate their presence.
Even in Soul Mediumship, evidence always comes first.
4. We move into soul-level guidance.
Once the connection is clear, I open to the deeper layer:
their soul’s perspective, how they’re supporting you now, relationship understanding, healing, past-life insight, and guidance for your current situation.
5. You can ask questions anytime.
This is a conversation — not a performance.
You’re welcome to ask, clarify, or explore anything throughout.
6. We close with anything final they want you to know.
Your loved ones often end with a message, insight, or reassurance.
7. You receive a recording.
After the session, I send the recording to your email so you can revisit the experience and integrate the insights at your own pace.The goal with this is to provide enough evidence that you can validate who is coming through with evidence that you can't google!
Each spirit likes to provide different evidence to validate who they are. I typically bring in gender, relationship, age when passing, how they passed, and personality. Spirit will also provide other evidence, but I leave it up to them to bring in what they think is most important.
Note that expectations of specific evidence or "passwords" will negatively impact the energetic connection with Spirit. Please be open to receive what Spirit is able to relay through me.
I connect to Spirit through energy.
Spirit is at a higher vibrational frequency than us humans. This is, I think, why the idea of "heaven" being above us comes from. In reality, Spirit is all around us - we are living a physical life in the middle of the spirit world. All we need to do to connect with them is set the intention and raise our vibration to meet them.
That's what I do - I raise my vibration to connect to the souls of your loved ones. If they are kind, they will lower their vibration to make it easier on me (ha!). When we are at the same level, they send me information in the form of energy. This energy is interpreted by my brain into words or pictures in my head, feelings in my body, smells, tastes, and a gut knowing. I pull all of these sensations together for you, interpret them, and relay my interpretation to you.
It sounds easy - and honestly, it is. But what makes a Medium amazing at their work is years of practice receiving and interpreting energy, becoming consistently accurate in their interpretations.
Most clients ask for specific people in a reading, and 99.9% of the time, that spirit is already there, waiting to start the session.
For the 0.01%, another spirit may come through that you did not specifically request. I'm so sorry, I can't control this. But I've found that in these instances, you still have an amazing session with clear evidence and important messages, even if it's not what you expected.
Sometimes, spirit has other plans. And for that reason, I can't guarantee who I can bring in for you.
I will note that if there is someone you do NOT want to hear from, just let me know, and we can show them the door if they show up.
I guarantee I approach each session with the highest integrity and intentions to give you the best reading possible. I work hard to relay information to you with as little bias and filtering as possible. If I think I'm having a poor energetic day and can't make a great connection, I will likely reach out and reschedule because I want you to have the best experience possible -- and I hope you do the same with me!
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee who I bring in from spirit, what evidence they provide, and what topics or messages they want to give you. I also cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information given in her readings, as no medium is 100% accurate. Any medium who says they can do these things you should be very weary of.
That being said, 99% of the time, I am able to bring in who you want from spirit, and I would estimate I hover around a 90-95% accuracy rate in my readings, which is on par with the best mediums in the world.
All private readings with me are held virtually on Zoom. I do not need to be physically near you during a reading, as energy transcends distance. I also find that virtual sessions are better for my clients because you are in a comfortable space.
The only in-person sessions I have are group events.
